There’s this intensely delicious and smoky flavor to every bite, and it seriously sneaks up on you! You’ve got to try this salsa. It’s so good.     I ordered three jars after speaking with the owner on the telephone and seeing tons of perfect reviews online for the different salsas. This weekend I cracked open a jar of the mildest one, just to get an idea of the flavor. With most companies, their "mild" salsa also has the least flavor.

    NOT THIS ONE! Oh my GOD, the different flavors that blended together to create the perfect, balanced flavor with savory elements, tanginess, and not even a hint of heat (after all, it's the mild one).

    I literally walked to my refrigerator and threw my half-full jar of salsa from the grocery store into the trash. I won't be needing it again."
